After finishing school I spent 10 years working in the hospitality industry. In 2015 I decided to undertake a stonemason apprenticeship which I completed in 2017 and a year later I began running my own workshop.
Since then, my small company not only creates works from stone, I also experiment with wood, traffic signs, epoxy resins, artificial grass, moss and anything else which can be found.
What excites me about my work is how readily available everyday materials can be transformed into defined works . I mostly work intuitively and rarely use sketches or models.
My work is often about everyday situations, conflicts between people of power (abuse) or simply about love and respect (of which, unfortunately, a lack prevails.
